At Thrust Productions, we understand that navigating the live music industry can be both exhilarating and daunting, especially for individuals aspiring to carve their paths in this dynamic field. Been there, done that! Our mentoring sessions are designed for individuals at various stages of their music careers. For those who are just beginning their journey in the live music industry, our mentoring sessions provide invaluable guidance to kickstart their careers with confidence. But we also gladly provide mentoring for seasoned industry professionals, who can benefit from our mentoring service, gaining fresh insights, refining strategies, and staying ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving industry landscape.

We provide one-on-one sessions tailored to the unique goals, aspirations, and challenges of each mentee. Whether you're struggling to break into the industry or seeking to elevate your career to new heights, we offer personalized guidance to help you succeed through the insider knowledge and industry insights accumulated through years of experience. 

We work collaboratively with mentees to develop strategic plans customized to their career objectives. Whether it's building a strong personal brand, expanding your network, or identifying lucrative opportunities, we provide actionable strategies to achieve your goals. Each month we offer a limited amount of FREE mentoring sessions for aspiring music industry students. These sessions are mainly aimed at students, however, if you have less than 2 years of experience in the industry but aren't currently studying then feel free to book a time as well. You can find the calendar for those free sessions at the bottom of this page.

How It Works:

1.	Find a suitable time from our booking calendar below and answer the questions, which allows us to understand your background, goals and challenges better, while we prepare for the first session.

2.	Attend the first one-on-one session with your mentor, where you’ll receive personalised guidance, feedback and support! Based on your needs, we develop a tailored mentorship plan outlining the objectives, timeline, and resources required to achieve success.
