Artist liaison

Our artist liaison service is a result of a long-time experience from the field and it will ensure a seamless coordination between the artist crews and the organisers. With a focus on the advance process of the artists scheduled to perform at your event, we dedicate ourselves to meeting their needs while considering the resources available. During the pre-production phase we make sure the artists' needs are adequately accommodated and their requests are taken care of with utmost care during an advance process facilitated by clear and effective communication. We help to take care of travel arrangements and accommodation bookings, hospitality preferences and special requests. Should any issues arise at any point, we act swiftly to resolve them, employing proactive problem-solving techniques to minimise disruptions and maintain a calm working environment for everyone involved.
The hospitality provided for your artists as a result of our artist liaison work, will leave a lasting impression and make them keep it as a standard to compare other events to.
